T3D 1.1B3 Terrain retaining collision after holes are created -CONFIRMED

In T3D 1.1B3 there is a problem when you create holes in the terrain in the physic demo the material is cleared but the terrain collision is not.
To recreate it just go to the physic demo level, open the terrain editor and create some holes. Then run across the holes.
I even saved the level and reopened it and the terrain collision is still there

Is there already a fix for this issue? If I remember well this was also an issue a few releases back, although I can't recall which one it was. And I am in desperate need for a hole in the ground....8P
Thanks guys.

Wondering if a fix in the code has been found. I need my terrain holes to work for a demo, so a code snippet would be good.
