While a lot of the guys/girls here have experience with tons of other engines, but torquepowered.com is for the torque engine. You can't make any art with this engine. For textures you would use a 2D art program like Gimp, or the industry standard Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (if you are lucky enough to afford it). The models you would make with a 3D modeler like Blender, 3D Studio Max, Lightwave, etc and export them to a supported format the engine can load. As a programmer you could even add formats if you purchased the Torque engines with source code. RPG Maker/Fight Maker should have forums and sites to get help from also. This just happens to cover Torque and the many versions it has.

You don't pay those that help me? What do you mean?

Once you own one of the engines, there are private forums where you can post your problems or ask for help, and get a reply from someone in the community within 24hrs normally. Or you can get the demo, play around with that, and post in the public forums for that relevant engine :)

And well yeah, you can't post questions on other engines...coz these are community forums for these specific engines...not for game dev in general, although there is public discussion areas where you may get help.

And as Clayton said, you can't make 3D art in this engine (or any that i am aware of), so you need a 3d modelling program for that :D

But yeah, the Torque community is amazing...you get amazing support from people just like yourself, who are passionate to help. There are also tons of resources which are basically tutorials on how to do heaps of stuff!
