On this sight I have:
To pay those that help me.
Use only the Torque engine(I'm using RPG Maker\Fighter Maker xp\vx\2nd)
Can I make 3d art for other engines with this engine?

Once you own one of the engines, there are private forums where you can post your problems or ask for help, and get a reply from someone in the community within 24hrs normally. Or you can get the demo, play around with that, and post in the public forums for that relevant engine :)
And well yeah, you can't post questions on other engines...coz these are community forums for these specific engines...not for game dev in general, although there is public discussion areas where you may get help.
And as Clayton said, you can't make 3D art in this engine (or any that i am aware of), so you need a 3d modelling program for that :D
But yeah, the Torque community is amazing...you get amazing support from people just like yourself, who are passionate to help. There are also tons of resources which are basically tutorials on how to do heaps of stuff!
