GameOne folder missing/ TGE Getting Started.pdf

I'm trying to follow the Getting Started file, but when it says that I should be seeing a GameOne folder in the World Editor, I don't. I made the folder and changed the %defaultGame thing to GameOne as the document said, but it still only shows the tutorial.base, common, and creator folders.
