TGB and T2D

I take it that TGB is a different engine than T2D and T2D isn't been released yet right?

More or less :)

TGB could be said to be the current incarnation of T2D. The REAL T2D will appear sometime next year, and be all kinds of awesome (judging from videos), at the cost of changing how everything works. Finish what you're doing in TGB is the general advice.
