Registration problems

I am attempting to set this up for my son and what looked reasonably easy is proving to be a headache. I have taken the product key and tried to register it as requested on the start page of Marble Blaster. When it didn't work, it advised to go to the off-line registration which not only requests the product key but also an ignition key. How can you have ignition when you haven't been given an ignition number??
Can anyone help?

Marble Blaster?! That's the Version 1.3 of Marble Blast, its ancient and on CD only.

I assume you mean Marble Blast Gold which you have purchased from this site, right?

David, I think we should check out whats the problem here because all the latest registration problems are getting a bit too frequent for my liking.

It was actually an account problem rather than a general registration issue. We got it cleared up over e-mail. The vast majority of all ignition problems I see stem from an Ignition server upgrade in late 2008. Older keys do not work with the new system so I have to add them to the account.
