Odd Cursor Problem

I don't even know what to address this problem as. I just took a Hypercam video showing my dilemma.

    Try turning off aero in windows.

    No problem, glad it worked. It's still probably a bug with constructor though, as I haven't really heard of other programs having this compatibility problem with aero, but at least there's a workaround.
