Atlas to Legacy/Heightmap

Is there any way at all to get a Legacy map or a Heightmap from an atlas terrain ?
I'm asking this because I wish to convert some older projects to T3D which does NOT support atlas =(
And the person who did the terrain did not pass me the originals =(
