t3d eula check and surpassing it without agreeing

Well, I am sure you're aware that the EULA link for the product download is not functional(does not actually show you an EULA when clicked)...
BUT evenmore..
If I middlemouse button the download link(FF 3.6), it surpasses the EULA agreement check and takes me to the download page.

(Note: I have not agreed to the July Master EULA and I do not intend to do so.
I found this information by fiddling around while on the phone)

JulianR, I think you're too used to the site's broken/half-ass'ism. :P

..why make a broken & surpassable agreement check to block the download ?
