Weird x86 Error in C# Express

When I start up a brand new platform starter project I can't run it. I get the following error:

I'm on Windows 7 using C# Express 2008. Has anyone ran into this?

I just installed TorqueX and the platform starter kit, and I can't run the basic project. Any help would be great. Oh one more thing, I have an AMD processor, if that makes any difference.
