Game will not start

I have had the game for a month now a i really like it BUT recently the game won't even start up. wuts up with that. an sombody help

I have mac and when i click on tt the screen turns black like it's starting then it flashes then quites. then it says tt has uexpectidly quite.

The situation has changed though. the game starts but it says i need an activation code and i tried entering the old activation code but i doesn't work

Try uninstalling and going to the My Garage section and re-downloading and re-installing.

I tried uninstalling it and then reinstalling it and it didn't not work when i entered my old activation code and it didn't give me a new one when i reinstalled it

If it is not working at all, (and I am assuming you are on a mac)it sounds like you are trying to authenitcate the .dmg. This won't work. The game has to be installed on the drive.

I am not understanding waht you are asking here. If you are trying to install the new version, you should be able to use your old activation key. There is also a file that comes with the install called "important upgrade notes", that will step you through the process.If it is not working at all, (and I am assuming you are on a mac)it sounds like you are trying to authenitcate the .dmg. I have the full version and i just upgraded my mac to Mac OS 10.4 and i go to start think tanks and it just quits! Do you know how to fix it?

The older version likes to crash when you mouse over a button. Download a new copy and try again.
