Multiplayer Support Advice.

I am creating a multiplayer game, and it needs real time networking. I understand that TGB/iT2D have a turn base networking code and that you can implement the T3D real time networking code into TGB (I think I remember seeing a resource about that). The question is, is it worth it? I could go through and create the game using standard iPhone code, the networking is easy enough and I already have a demo game made in Objective C. Or I could go through i2TD and implement the network code, and take advantage of torque tools and a solid game engine.
I think I could build the game much faster in torque, but I know I can do the networking code faster with out it. Plus you add the new game stuff Apple says they are going to release, making me more willing to use Objective C.
Any advice and or input?
Thanks.
