been getting this more and more

This has been happening to me more and more on the longer posts on the forums:

I've not had this problem before until about 2 weeks ago. Like i said this is the only message board that this happens to me on. The only settings i've changed in my browser concerned the popup manager. Other than that this just showed up one day.

Having you tried clearing your cache? I'm not sure if it would help or not, but it's the only thing I can think of to try since everything looks normal for me in IE8.

it still pops up but a few reloads of the page and it goes away guess it's something with my browser though i have no idea what

Edit: No amount of refreshing or reloading works.
Re-edit: Clearing the cache fixed it, thanks.
