TX2D 3.1.5 - Builder issue with many link points

Build: 3.1.5 Release
Platform: Windows Vista 32 bit
Target: Editors
Issues: The builder suffers from weird issues when giving an object many linkpoints. Issues I have noticed include massive slowdowns and disappearing linkpoints and objects.
For example, I gave an object 13 linkpoints. I then exited out of the linkpoint editing mode and opened up the list of linkpoints on that scene object. It showed 13 linkpoints. I then re-entered the object linkpoint editing mode and noticed that all the linkpoints had disappeared. I clicked to add a new linkpoint and it created the linkpoint dot, but that dot had no tag associated with it.
Steps to Repeat:
1. Create a new scene object and enter linkpoint editing mode.
2. Create 13 link points. Note how it takes longer and longer to add new linkpoints.
3. Exit the linkpoint editing mode and re-enter it.
