TX2D 3.1.5 - Builder issues with collision bounds debug rendering

Build: 3.1.5 Release
Platform: Windows Vista 32 bit
Target: Editors
Issues: When enabling Collision Bounds debug rendering, it doesn't show the collision boundaries of any new objects, only the objects that were originally loaded with the scene and any objects that are copy/pasted from them. If you want to see the collision bounds of new objects, you have to save and reload the scene.
Steps to Repeat:
1. Load a scene in the builder.
2. Enable Collision Bounds debug rendering.
3. Create a new scene object and modify its collision boundary.
4. Notice that it doesn't draw the new object's collision boundary.
5. Copy/paste a scene object that existed in the scene when you loaded it.
6. Notice that the new copied scene object DOES correctly draw its collision boundary.
