Help with getting ignition key for constructor?

I recently downloaded Constructor for mac. I could not download the "Full Version" but I had to download the demo because an error occurred when I was trying to checkout. The error said:

"An internal error has occurred. We apologize for the inconvenience. If this screen has appeared during a transaction, please contact support@torquepowered.com. Please, do not attempt the transaction again.

Sorry, the search found no results."

I cannot start up the demo version because I require an "Ignition Key". I am unable to get an ignition key because of the error stated above (at least, I believe so).

Could I please have some help with getting an ignition key?

I too have this problem. And I get that same error if I try to get the tool, Green-Ear VoIP for Torque.

You should all have it on your account now with an ignition key. You should all update it to the latest version (1.04 on the Mac, 1.06 on Windows). 1.06 on Windows does not need a key.

Also having this problem right now, tried to download the windows demo version for a key but didn't get one either. Can't seem to even try to download the non-demo windows version. Could I get a key too?

I got the torque book and got the constructor from a disc but it needs key? can i get some help?
