Question about potentially selling your own game...

I currently own a Torque Game Engine 1.5.2 Indie License. Would it be possible to sell perhaps a premium membership ingame or a way of selling ingame cash for real money if the game contains content from starter.fps and free recourses such as weather system and modernization kit?
