refund my 25$!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You guys have your studio licence system messed up and in the process I lost 25$ I have a studio pro licence and I want to purchese a studio licence so my level editor guy can start editing levels but i don't want to waste 300$ on buying him a studio pro licence when the only feature he needs to use it the level editor you guys need to be joking me and I need to be able to assign the licence because what if he quits on me.

I don't really want a refund I just want to buy a studio licence which costs 125$ but you guys want me to download my licence first for 25$ i don't want to waste just to downgrade my licence so I can buy studio licence I just upgraded my individual pro licence which only I need to use to a reasignable studio licence which is completly pointless I lost 25$ for no reason at all i dont ever need to reasign my licence all I want is to if you guys can understand me "Buy a new licence so my """LEVEL editor""" can edit levels I am the programmer.

Sorry I just want to make it clear so I don't get posts with people not understanding what I am asking.

It would be helpful posting pictures of what the buy screen looks like. Also this forum is for Torque Game Engine Advanced your talking about Torque Game Builder which is located here http://www.torquepowered.com/community/forums/28 as I told you before.

Ok forget everything I said before the problem is

how do I buy a new studio licene for Torque 2D there appears to be a glitch on the site the button to buy it is missing.

Well according to your account you have Torque 2D pro studio (the 300 one) assigned to your account and Individual Torque (100 one). What it's saying is that you can upgrade your individual one to the studio for $25; or upgrade to individual pro (you don't want); or buy Studio pro (you don't want). If you upgrade your individual license to studio you can then assign that to your level editor. It doesn't want you to downgrade before you can buy, it wants you to upgrade.
