Torque Game Builder won't start

using: intel core 2 duo 2.51 Ghz, geforce 9600 gt, 2gb of some ram, windows xp sp2, avg 9 free, spybot.
I have Torque Game Builder 1.7.5 and when i click it after some loading nothing happens on the screen.
There is a process TorqueGameBuilder.exe in task manager which is not responding.
Sometimes some window appear but that slows down whole machine?
I tried this on other machine with the same result.
What am i doing wrong, why gui wont start?

Tried uninstalling both AVG and SpyBot. Nothing.
BUT. If i start TGB, normally nothing happens, i just get 50% of processor power sucked, and if i run Windows Virtual PC and run Windows98 from it, the TGB starts showing up parallel with Windows Virtual PC Win98.
Anybody?
What, i have to boot Virtual PC every time i want to start Torque?
