I have been checking out some products over at www.the3dstudio.com but i can't find any EULA/TOU agreement anywhere on there site.

My name is Tracy with The3dStudio.com. I saw your post and hope I can help answer your questions.
We do allow priced models to be used in commercial games per section C/5 of our EULA which you can find here…

If you can work within those protection/security parameters that is all you have to do and no further royalties (beyond the model purchase) are needed to be paid.

But i can't find any information regarding royalty fee to the artist if i use it in a game and so forth.
Should i consider that null and void or?
