TX3D 3.1.5 Beta 2 - Editor replaces sun block

Build: 3.1.5 Beta - 2
Platform: Windows 7-64 (specs i7 920, nVidia GTS250 6GB ram)
Target: VS2008, Xbox
Issues: Editor replaces new sun block with old sun block.
Old Sun block doesnt work. see www.torquepowered.com/community/forums/viewthread/117575 When you edit a file it replaces the new sun block with the old one.
Suggested Fix:
Look a the editor and make certain it only replaces things that have been changed in the editor session. This has always been an issue with the editor, it makes "assumptions" about what the file should have and will change things you may have edited by hand.
What would really and I mean REALLY rock is if you could fix this ASAP so we can easily continue testing the builder, as it is every time I save the file I need to edit the xml by hand.
