Release date?

Was curious as when Torque X 3.1.5 is expected to be release as was put it out in the beginning of June they were shooting for end of June but of course things change and I can see there are some issues that are being worked on and that the beta has only been out for about two weeks or so. So just wondering if anyone knows as to when it will probably be released for those who have creators club.
