Kindly help, I am not able to find the price of Torque 3d for Indie Developer. What is the price???

Good morning Caylo,
Hope/Wish you all are doing well!

One advice I want!

What should I buy to begin(Set up) Torque 3D for RTS (I have already tried the RTS Prototype of Documentation) and RTS starter kit could not be ported to Torque 3D as of now as far my knowledge( I am not a c++ expert, know a bit only) ?

Should I buy GMK with UAISK (if so how to mix them together?)
