TGB Platformer Kit for Iphone / ipod ?

Hi,

Just one question is the TGB Platformer Kit compatible with Iphone / ipod ?

If not is there somebody that can me make a paid version who work with ipod in mind ?

Hi, I would like to know this also.

Does it build with the latest 1.4 itgb and what is the framerate of the demo on an iPhone 3G.

I need a reply to this as well. I have purchased the Platformer Kit to use with iTorque 2D believing that they would work together as there was nothing indicating that they wouldn't; however, I can't for the life of me get them to work together.

Anything I can do?

Is there any information on this? I feel like I made this purchase under false pretenses. I can find nothing on the site that even vaguely implies that the platformer kit would not work with iTorque.

You could only have purchased the kit under false pretenses if there were any suggestion that it was compatable.

I've made an iPhone release of the PlatformerKit available to a select few indivuduals who are testing it out before complete release. If you would like to get a copy, you are more than welcome to email me for the link.

Although the product page for the TGB Platformer Kit doesn't mention the iPhone, the product page for the iTorque 2D Engine does imply the platformer kit is compatible.

As a new version of the Platformer Kit is being worked on to make it compatible with iTorque 1.4 perhaps this info could be put in a thread and made a sticky so people are aware of the issue and that it's being worked on.

How long am I going to be waiting for this compatibility patch? Or should I be pursuing a full refund through support?

@Joel, I advised you to email me so that I could give you the build of the PlatformerKit which does work with iTGB. If you would prefer that you get a full refund, then you should indeed contact support instead.

@Matt: Interesting. I'll have a quick chat to Michael about those.

I also purchased with the intention of targeting the iOS platform, and would like access to the PK for iOS devices. I will send you an e-mail Philip.

doh , i just found this article lol , just purchase Itorque 2d thought it was already out for i2d no worries to ive read ALOT of many many excelent posts about phillip and he has always delivered to his word , im going to toss ya an email on here in a sec phillip if you could toss the build for the itgb build that would be very awesome thx again for everything aswell :)

Philip sent me a copy for the iOS but I was not able to compile it due to 33 errors. I did a ditto merge of the code in to the iTorque folder so not sure if its something I did or maybe the code was built using older xcode. Maybe it will be updated for iTorque 1.4.1.

There seems to be some confusion about this but for the record, it is specifically for TGB and at this time will not work with iTorque2d.

New to itorque2d....Are you planning on getting the version for itorque2d soon? It's just the tool I need
or you plan to stick without iphone/ipad support? Thanks
