Hey, I finished Refugee - The Second Hearing and have now the APP which I am submitting to Apple to allow to distribute (otherwise I can't distribute - it will take time), which goes to Apple with description.

I had the ally in the Ministry of Culture originally - tricky was to transport me from the building of this Ministry to the Ministry of Finance ('Majakovskaja green line") which has the internal Guardia and could better resist the Ministry of Internal Affairs and has the underground transportation hub. While I had on the resume 'tree climbing and building climbing', I did not have even the Trust of the Ministers (I saw them for a few moments only) and I had 2 members of the Guardia near me at all times - this under the disclaimer of the false statement - not to be repeated in the immigration court two weeks later. But when the ground belongs to the District Attorney, 'treeclimbing and building climbing' deemed to be reasonable.

I gonna say this if I would not be arrested (by Homeland Security) it would

I mean if I was that much of a criminal and moral freak to torture a refugee in order not to provide with asylum, to preclude a refugee from work permit for a period more than an year (while allowed by the law is 180 days) and to pull the normal person into the mental ward I would do it by the fast arrest, and only juridical and medical lunatics (who they are) would do otherwise.
If I would use my 1.4% of asylum grant rate with immigration judge Isabel Bronzina (I guess she decides through the direct lottery), and she would not give me away to the Russian Ministry of Health, I will use all my resources and time to pay them back and destroy them, and those people from Apple corporation who just denied my brave entertainment do not quite understand what they submitted for.

In the court I realized that I remeber nothing. I am on the street in the pool of blood and I see the white sheep, and it tells me : What is your name, fallen hero ? Under the disclaimer of false statement.

A few very honored SS heroes of wars in 1930es on the Northern territories of Poland once considered that if the Poland native would all of sudden say that he is of german race that would be very difficult to examine. So they offered to go ask if those people are of such race, and granted them with the documents with the very big grant rate, and since those 'representatives of the german race' could not speak german at all, they hired the teachers of german at expence of people of Germany and those granted with the documents were even eligible to immigrate to Germany as it was offered later (repatriation program). The northern part of Poland was at the time known by the lower economical efficiency.
The southern part of Poland received the very different economically educated SS administration, and a few Poland natives there survived the war.
SS was known by the other projects connected with humanity like the international legion of SS.
The laws are the interpretation of the laws.
I declined to answer if I am the russian national.
I declined to answer if I am the russian native.
I said that I speak english and do not speak russian.
If somebody would develop that I would actually say in the court that I think I am the american citizen and the american native.

I am not sure there is some miscommunication, my attorney asked if there is something I want to introduce the court to and I specifically underlined 3 details and he introduced to none

1) My russian military ID shows that I never was in army, as a point of fact I was for 18 months in formal rank, and I was 4 months to the rank of full leutenant of air defense, when I got tossed as mentally sick, they issued this military ID that I never was in army and can't appear in army no longer.
2) I had this idea since I was precluded from driving the car to find out the private medical organization (not county) which would write I am capable to drive the car and I found one, but was precluded from any use of this paper by the county mental ward.
3) University transcript shows that I studied french, I never studied it, and even tried to get why it appeared on the transcript. It is the element of the fake put up by the russian government to destroy my credibility.

First I was crying.
Deep inside I had the hope that I will receive the asylum and work permit.
I hate them so much.

Oh, my God, judge Bronzina issued order to remove me to the psychward in Russia --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Today, on the 15th July 2010 immigration judge Isabel Bronzina issued order to remove me to the psychward in Russia.
First I was crying.
Deep inside I had the hope that I will receive the asylum and work permit.
I hate them so much.
I don't know how much time I have and what is next.
Please, please, somebody help me, I can't stand this anymore, please.
