XNA Creators Club (again)

I noticed it's not possible to fetch TorqueX via CC -
it just keeps saying "Currently Unavailable".
Why haven't this been resolved yet? The last entry
(i could find) was posted a month ago saying that
the engine was too buggy to keep there.
Do we have an ETA or anything?
Now, how do I get TorqueX?
Do I have to buy it?
Do I download the demo?
Really, this should be communicated on a sticky - on this forum.
