The compatibility thing by right clicking the shortcut and clicking properties.
Specs:
Windows Vista Ultimate Edition
32 Bit-OS
Intel(R)Pentium(R)4 CPU 2.80GHz
0.99 GB RAM
Intel(R)82915G/GV/910GL Express Chipset Family (Microsoft Corporation - XDDM)

This software hasn't been updated since shortly after it was released - I doubt it has been resolved.

my pc is a core2quad with 4gb ram and windows 7...
