request: SET HEIGHT parameter exposed on toolbar - (minor usability enhancement)

This is something really NOT special but anyway...
As for T3D 1.1 beta 1, in terrain editor when in "set height" mode i find really annoying to have to go every time inside and out of the editor settings dialog for changing the set height parameter...
In my opinion would it be much better to have the height parameter exposed on the toolbar beside the Size, Pressure and Softness parameters (maybe exposed only when in "set height" mode), so allowing a better usability...
What you folks think about this? :-)

The next release (1.1b3) has the SetHeight value in the toolbar, and ALT+Left click (when SetHeight tool is active) will sample the terrain at the cursor position to set the height.
