A.I. Pathing not working with T3d 1.0.1

Hey guys,
I'm working on the senior capstone project for Columbia College Chicago, and we're having some serious issues with pathing in the GMK. I've linked the paths to the ai bots through the GMK on both the bot side and the path side by using the menu system in the GMK.
We got a bot to run a path once, but we had to call the specific ID of the path to do it instead of the path name. That normally wouldn't be a problem, except that T3D changes the ID of Path to a random number ever time it's reloaded, so that's not going to work.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry for such a long delay.
So you are using GMK for T3D and Bot doesn't remember path after mission reload?
Could you please show me part of you *.mis file with bot and corresponding path? Or just send me this file to logicking@logicking.com
