How to Slow Up the Side Animation for AI Player

Hi All
In My Project I have four marker. In first marker one sequence should run at the end of the another
marker the sequence should change.
My Dsq sequence is changing but it is go faster.
The sequence should play slow.
How can i control the speed of the ai player.
