How do you make marbles on gold?

I have adobe photoshop, I just dont know how to make the texture or ANYTHING at all in photoshop. btw if you know how to upload a image onto a marble, plz tell how.

I'm not sure how photoshop works, but all I know is that you must have an alpha channel, and it's basically transparency, and the closer to 100% transparency it is, the less the sky reflects off of it. Don't do 100% or it will not work. If the program is a bit too challenging, download GIMP, its an easy program for good graphics artists. Click on this sentence to reach the place to get it.
