How to display CrossHair when player is in the state of the third person

I want to display CrossHair when player is in the state of the third person. what do I do?

check the engine code for the cross hair gui. From there, its relatively easy.

Or use a GUIbitmapCtrl which "isn't" a GUIcrosshairHUD object (but has the crosshair image), and it won't get hidden in 3rd person.
