Terrain Editor?

Was wondering if there is a terrain editor that can be used to make terrain for TX3D. If not how do I go by creating terrain as I don't see anything in TX3D that allows you to edit the existing terrain.

Right now the terrain editing is a bit of a pain, The new version is possibly going to fix that but you can grab a terrain editor, look in this thread: www.torquepowered.com/community/forums/viewthread/78749

I have created a terrain with it and replaced the default terrain files with the terrain I created.
