WordSearch Rush - Torque 2D iPhone Game Released

Just to let you know, our 2nd game to be created with Torque, WordSearch Rush, has now been Released!

WordSearch Rush is an exciting, fun and unique Word Search game. Instead of being given a traditional Word List to find, you are given a topic and You have to find words related to the topic. You get points based on how quickly you find words, combo's for finding words close together and bonuses for spelling words backwards. Instead of boring you with a wall of text, here's a link to a video demonstration of how it all works:


We noticed that the majority of Word Search games (if not all) on the App Store at the moment use very big sized grids, so its very hard to select what you want to select. We got around this major downfall by using a 7x7 grid (sometimes 8x8) which makes the words very easy to select on the small iPhone screen. Also Word Searches can become boring after a while since its a little monotonous, but with WordSearch Rush, you have to compete to gain high scores and compete against the clock which adds a lot of excitement to the game, and because the game is OpenFeint enabled it adds lots of competition to the game with friends and others from around the world.
