Help With Constructor

Hi I'm New, and I Have A Trouble With Constructor
I downloaded constructor 1.03 and the update to 1.06 for windows.
When I Click the constructor icon my screen turn black and restores.
But a Few minutes after pop ups an error:
Memory Allocate Error.
Shutting Down.
and the Process "Constructor" Finishes.
Can Someone Help Me?

Vista? Right-click the shortcut to Constructor, hit Properties, go to the Compatibility tab, check "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" and try the different options. Let me know how it works out for you!

I tried what Bryce did, and nothing worked... anymore advice?
