Avatar cropping not working

So yeah, I went to upload an avatar, and it told me to click the image and drag the box. Well, I did just that, and what happened? Absolutely nothing. The box did not move at all.

I WOULD HAVE HAD AN AVATAR, BUT APPARENTLY "CLICK AD DRAG THE BOX" WAS SOME SORT OF JOKE BECAUSE IT DOESN'T MOVE.

I use Internet Explorer 8. I just tried it again, it still didn't work. Every time i try to click and drag one of the nodes, either it highlights the rest of the image or a crossed-out circle appears. (Call me stupid, but I can't remember the name of the symbol :P)

I just checked it and it seems to be working. I did discover an issue with it where if you click on the image outside of the cropping box the box gets shrunken down an almost unnoticeable size.
That may have been what happened. Give it another try and only click on the crop box and its nodes to manipulate it. Let me know if it does it fails again.
