Migration from Linux Server to Windows Server 2003

Hi,
I am a torque programmer working in a company dealing with torque applications.. previously my company used linux server for communicating the client and server. Now they need to change it to Windows server.
I changed all the linux ip address to windows ip address, but still not working. Is there anything more.. should I need to change, in order to work with windows server 2003.
