DTS/DSQ exporter for MAYA 9 | 8.5

Hi, I would like to know if you have some resources or any idea of what can I do to export my animations from Maya 9 or Maya 8.5 to Torque 3D 1.X. I had been trying with Maya 2DTS but the link to donwload the DTSUtility won't work, it is not there anymore. thank you for your help.
