First version of GMK will be available only for GMK owners.

We've decided to release beta for all user GMK and non-GMK, but non-GMK version will have some limitations (no grenades and dynamic covers) before the next update.

I am trying to open the sourcemodels that come with Guidebot but 3dsmax 2009 keeps saying error in the file and doesnt load the soldierToShapeExport, It doesnt want to open any of the model files as I get the same error on all 4 of the ToExport Models included

It's for Max 2010. We know it isn't suitable for a lot of users, so we probably port model to older Max version.

So, this is for GMK 1.2.7 over T3D 1.1 alpha right. I currently have GMK 1.2.6 over T3D 1.0.1 . Time for me to get it working with 1.1a now.

Yes, and we're working on GuideBot and GMK for Beta 1 port already.

Any possibility you could offer a merged pack for gmk and guidebot owners? Oh and so far the GI has kicked my butt every match up, I need to brush up on my skills.

If you have GMK, you just need to copy Guide Bot files over the patched version of T3D. No need for merging at all, since package of Guide Bot already includes version merged with GMK.

Changing it to reflect the original alpha 1.1 code worked:
void cloneMaterialList( const FeatureSet &features = FeatureSet::EmptySet);
void initMaterialList( const FeatureSet &features = FeatureSet::EmptySet);
Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
Edit - A ready to go version for us GMK and GB owners would be awesome, just like the Arcane FX add on.

I'm having a problem with installing guidebot over 1.1 alpha and GMK 1.2.7 . The ai doesn't work and there are no animations. I'm pretty sure i followed the instructions correctly. The only compile problem i had was in tsShapeInstance.h . In class TSShapeInstance the functions cloneMaterialList and initMaterialList were declared as follows:void cloneMaterialList( );
void initMaterialList( );
Changing it to reflect the original alpha 1.1 code worked:

Have GMK version was installed properly?
I mean you have to have Alpha 1.1 patched by GMK 1.2.7. Does this works properly? 'Orcs Rule' and other stuff?
Only after that(working version of GMk 1.2.7) you have to install Guide Bot.

Thanks for the reply. I did install GMK first, and it worked fine. Funny thing is, i was doing the install on my laptop at work this morning, now that i am home, i copied it over to my PC, and it works, weird.

Yep, it works now on my PC. But not on my laptop, which is weird. Most likely a problem with the laptop.

hmm I am having similar problems trying to compile guidebot into a project that has had GMK working fine for a while now. errors are:
