Is this a new TGEA book?

So I was on Game Dev, and I ran into this book. No one has reviewed it yet, but I noticed Space Kork on the cover, so I was wondering if this is a AI book that uses TGEA, does anyone know?

    For what reads on this site: http://ai4games.sourceforge.net/, it doesn't seem to have Torque related code.

    Some further clarification would be good, nevertheless.

    Interesting. I dug around some and apparently the publisher had permission to use it.
