Documentation - Where is it?

Greetings

New to torque and can't find hardly any documentation on the different fields under the edit tabs in TGB, more specifically, collision groups and collision layers, how they work, how to select multiple layer/groups etc...

Documentation on the site is hard to sort through and find things. Any ideas? Is there official product documentation anywhere like a users manual or is it all forums and tutorials designed by people who already know what they are doing and assume the rest of us do as well
