New 3d adventure kit for TGEA and Torque 3D

I apologize for probably posting in the wrong place, but I saw something a few days ago.... a "kit" of some source for adventure games , works only on TGEA and Torque3D... had tomb raider like features like grabbing ledges and such.

I can't seem to find it now..... can someone point me in the right direction? It had some great videos of a character running and jumping, grabbing ledges in a very tall city with several balconies, etc.
