Forget constructor. Use milkshape or Deled (or actually any poly modeling program you're comfortable with) to make it.
I can't answer how to make it in milkshape, but in deled it's easy. Just make a box with 3 points and connect the top verts to get that pointed roof.

Keep in mind that TGE doesn't have built-in polysoup. If this is meant to be an interior, then the choice comes down to either using Constructor to create a .dif, or applying the polysoup resource to the C++ source code to use a .dts you've created with something else.

so i shouldn't use torque constructor, and i should use milkshape for it right? ill look into deled too, but i just wanted to know how you guys would approach this and thanks

Like I said - since you're using TGE, which does not include support for polysoup by default, it depends. Will this be an interior? That is, will this be a building-sized but not highly-detailed shape that your player can walk or bump into?

Right out of the box, the only format that TGE supports for interiors is .dif. To create them, you need a brush-based tool such as Constructor or QuArk.

If you're prepared to hack TGE's C++ source code to apply the polysoup resource, then you can use that to allow players to walk or bump into models created in a "regular" 3d editor such as Milkshape.

Another option is to upgrade to T3D, which supports polysoup right out of the box.

its not really an interior you can't walk inside its just for looks in the town.
