Error purchasing Sticks and Twigs Environment Pack

Wasn't sure where to put this so I thought I'd put it here. I purchased this pack to help speed up my personal project. So I went through the check out and ended up getting to the end and it said there was an error purchasing the product. I wouldn't have had a problem with this had it not been for the fact that it had charged my account for the product even though it's saying there's an error. Has anyone else purchased this before? Ever had this problem? Am I supposed to be getting a link to my download or something in the mail? Too many questions and so few answers. How about I ask the biggest one: Did I just get screwed?
I did contact GG support but got no reply so far. :|

If it worked, it should be in the My Account section, but check out the menus at the top of the page for direct communication options. I suspect you won't catch anyone who has anything to do with the store or webstuff until Monday, but they are probably back in action from then on. There was this little vacation period and some festivities I'm sure they're still recovering from, in addition to having most of the personnel moving ;)

Please remember that we are coming off the holidays/vegas move and general response time will be slower than usual. I can assure that your emails were received and the appropriate people will respond to them.

This has happened in the past since a more strict payment process was put in place when the site was revamped. I'm certain on the specifics of what usually causes this, but from what I understand of what happens the purchase fails but the bank already reserved that dollar amount to come out of the account and it sometimes takes a few days for the bank to catch up. The best thing to do in the interim would be to let your bank know that the purchase did fail so that they know in case you end up incurring any overdraft charges from it. Most banks will reverse those fees when this happens.

Yeah the payment is being viewed as a preauthorization. I apparently have to wait up to four business days for the holds to drop off or if I want it to drop sooner then I need something in writing from the company to remove the holds. GG would need to fax them something on their letterhead. Once they receive that the holds would be removed. :| Such a pain in the butt.
