Did you copy the license key file that was emailed to you into the directory that you installed pureLIGHT to?

I didn't know the license key file...
I copy license key file. now everything works fine.

Lol, not the only person who forgot to copy their license key - yesterday I gutted my box and installed a new HD, installed Win7 (Vista and dodgy RAID slain in favour of a single 1Tb Western Digital), reinstalled everything and then had to take my PC apart again because I'd left my PL key on the old RAID drives, transfer it to a USB, re-remove old drives, re-insert new drive, transfer key from USB to new HD, stick in PL folder. Doh!

ok, I got the same issue as title.
I checked my mailbox but can't find the license mail.

I am not sure what the issue might be. I have sent your license key out to your email address 3 times now. You might want to speak to your ISP. Do you have another address I can email the key to? Please send an email to support@purelighttech.com.
