License Issue

Hey guys, but Im having issues with the Houdini license as well,
I purchased it some time ago (07/17/2009 (6:32 pm) I still have not had a license
It's only due to my real job stopping me from cracking on with gamedev, and the fact that I'm hopeing to get "some done" over the holidays that I only just noticed the lack of license
I did email DEREK BRONSON (derekb@garagegames.com) but havn't heard back yet.
Please please help me before you guys shutdown for xmass ;-)

    @Stephen - Derek is currently on the road, but I will look into this until he is back at a computer. Questions:

    1. When did you purchase?
    2. Where did you purchase from (link)?
    3. What was the original license deal?
    4. Have you brought this up with the Houdini people yet, or is this a purchase directly from us?

    4, Nope with Houdini and Direct from yourselves

    I did trawel the Houdini forums for some help and even tried to login at
    http://license.sidefx.com/index.php
    I also did notice a few posts about the issues when gg's site got revamped and the backend purchase process between here and sidefx but im sure that was earlier in the year.

    I can get it installed and use it but with out the license i'm unable to export to .dts - hence the call for help :-)
