Breakpoints in script issues.

I am using the TorqueGameBuilder along with Torsion to build a game. My current problem is that my breakpoints seem to randomly fail. When this happens the game seems to lock up at the time when it should have triggered the breakpoint. This seems to come and go without any code changes.
I noticed a similar problem here: http://www.torquepowered.com/community/forums/viewthread/66266. But, the changes talked about in the solution have already been made, and I am not even sure how relevant this is. I am not remote debugging. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
Ah, my search missed topics with break point as multiple words. This user seems to have had a somewhat similar problem: http://www.torquepowered.com/community/forums/viewthread/94271. Not sure if, or how that relates to my issue.
