Can anyone download products from "My Account"???

I'm getting session timed out errors from multiple computers.

Passed this on to them this morning after getting a number of e-mails related to it.

It didn't work right away for me, but once I clicked on the Activate Account link emailed to me, I downloaded T3D no problem. Mine is a new account so this may not apply to long term users.

I just tested it and the downloads are working again.
