TgeLobby won't connect

Hi,
I am making a new small game with tutorial.base. I ported the TgeLobby to my game, but when I connect it says;

IRCClient: 461 not handled by dispatch!
(cmd:) Irc.BuSign.nl 461 Guest1450 USER :Not enough parameters

Also I don't realy know the problem. I worked yesterday six hours on it, but I still don't know what the problem is.
