Is that enough for iPhone games development?

chipset: Intel 945GM Express, FSB 667 Mhz, RAM: 1024 Mб (2x512 Мб) DDR-II (667 Mhz) (max 3 Gb),
HDD: 120 Гб SATA (5400),
video: Intel GMA 950 64 Мб int,
multimedia: 16 bit int Intel HDA, integrated.
USB2.0x4, IEEE 1394, Bluetooth 2.0+EDR, VGA/DVI, 10/100/1000 Kb/с, 802.11a/b/g/n, audio in/out analog/optical,

OS: Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard Russian

iPhone:

iPhone 8Gb. Mac OS X: 10.4.8
Samsung S3C2410 (624 Mhz)

I know it is less requirements then official iTGB's requirements, but just want to know is it possible to develop games with using those devices. Thanks beforehand.

Yeah, what's with the Samsung processor, and how is this a hardware issue? ;)

If this were posted in the T2Di forum, I'd answer "That mini, an iPod touch and a $99 Apple membership would be all you need to get started". But you didn't, so I'm not telling ya :P

Also I don't see how this is below the system requirements. Am I missing something?

The minimum requirements are Intel CPU, Leopard 10.5.7+. Nothing seems below requirements there.
