Volume light ???

Hi guys !
I equip my little guy with a flashlight by mounting a spotlight to my player, it looks good but a have two questions :
1. How can i create a volume light in Torque 3D 1.0.1 ??? After a long forum search, a didn't find any solution :( In editor i find only two types of light: SpotLight and PointLight.
2. How can i mount my light with offset ??? Is it possible ?
